To prepare this drink you need a cup of spinach, one cup apple and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice and one cup of pineapple. Spinach has antioxidants in a good amount. Apple has natural sugar as well as potassium and lemon contains electrolytes. Blend them all together and drink it after it cools down.
Coconut water and lime
In order to prepare this energy drink, you need one cup of coconut water, one teaspoon of honey, a pinch of salt, half a cup of lemon juice. Coconut water is highly nutritious and helps to keep the body hydrated. Take a glass and add honey, salt and lemon juice. Add all the ingredients together. Now add coconut water and drink it.
