    To improve the lactation in the mother, drinking the Garlic Milk is the best options. It is full of antioxidants and protects the body of the mother and baby both, as it improves the immunity. To make this, you need 3 Garlic cloves, some water, 1 cup of milk, some sugar or honey.
    Method: Grate the garlic cloves finely and add them to a pan. Boil the garlic in the water. You will notice that it will squeeze and become just 1/4th. Now you can add milk and let it boil properly. You can either add honey in the boiling milk or can serve it separately. Make sure you consume it when it is lukewarm. You can have it twice a day.

    Fennel seeds help to stimulate the lactation in the breastfeeding mother. Not just this, it also helps to resolve the problem of improper digestion in the mother and the baby both. For this, take 2 tsp of fennel seeds, 1-litre water, half a spoon of honey or sugar.
    Method: In a pan pour the water and add some fennel seeds to it. Let it boil for sometime. It is all set to be consumed. You can sieve it and drink whenever you feel like. Though it tastes good, you can also add sugar or little honey to treat your taste buds.

    Method: Heat ghee in the pan and add carom seed powder in it. Now add some water and mix them well. Let the mixture boil properly. Now add some jaggery to it. Let the mixture boil on the sim flame. Now turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down. Strain the mixture and consume it lukewarm. You can drink it twice a day.
