How to deal with exams' stress

Exams time can be really difficult for some kids. It is after all a test to determine the knowledge of the student after a whole year. However, these exams are not the test of your entire life and potential. Some people have a hard time with the exams because of the stress. This stress makes it hard to focus on studies as your mind is clouded with negative thoughts and emotions. To study well and perform well you must have a worry free mind. Plan your study routine
Most of the stress occurs from lack of a plan. When you haven’t planned out your studying routine, you feel overwhelmed with work and pressure. A simple way to avoid this problem is to make a study plan and stick to it.

Sleep well
This is the most common mistake that students make. They tamper and harm their sleeping routine in order to study more, but it actually harms them more. Talk to people about stress
