What is the process of offering prayer during Navratri fast?
One should completely follow the rituals of worshipping completely. First of all, the devotee should offer prayers to the God, Goddess and then the planets all in the Kalash that you have established on the first day. Water the Kalash with pure water without eating anything. After that offer your prayers to Lord Ganesha, Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Lakshmi, Vijaya, Jaya who all fall in the clan of Goddess Durga. Now worship Goddess Chandraghanta with full dedication. Afterwards, offer your prayers to Lord Shiva and Lord Brahma. Try to wear white colour on the third day. Besides this. The second day of Navratri fast is devoted to Goddess Chandraghanta. She is an epitome of courage and strength. She was the third daughter of King Himalaya and the third roop of Goddess Durga.
