These may occur by strong feelings of tension, sorrow and disturbed images in mind. Loneliness, bad experience, long term sickness are also the reasons for mental disorders.

Depression is something which is the extreme stage of over thinking and anxiety. It makes you feel quite negative about yourself like guilty, worthless, hopeless, loneliness etc. The consequences affect your sleep, appetite, sex life, family life, self-esteem and physical health as well. When you are in a state of depression, it would not stop you to lead your day-to-day life, but it would snatch your happiness and positivity to lead your life. There are two types of depression anyone can have including postnatal depression and seasonal affective disorder.
This is another kind of disorder that comes with mental illness. It refers to worry, fear, uneasy and over thinking. This activity is absolutely normal that anyone can have but having these more than a certain limit is dangerous. Anxiety also let us sweat high with a rapid heartbeat. Anxiety is diagnosed in a person if that person is not capable enough to respond in any type of situations or if the person can not control the situation.
This mental disorder varies time to time with various mood swings and it expressed with a period of overly happy feeling and suddenly fluctuates into extreme sadness. The most common mood disorders are depression, bipolar disorder, cyclothymic disorder.
A personality disorder is a well known mental illness. Therefore, people who suffer from this have extreme and inflexible personality traits that are distressing to the person. It sometimes also happens due to work related problems, social and relationship problems as well.
In addition, the person who is suffering from this problem has specific patterns of thinking and behaviour significantly differ from the expectations of society and are so rigid that they interfere with person’s normal functioning. Some personality disorder problems include anti-social personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, and paranoid personality disorder.
Stress response syndrome:
This happens when a person develops emotional or behavioural syndrome due to acute stress in any situation or event. Stress also includes natural disasters, crisis, mental trauma, major illness, interpersonal problems, losing a near one or a job etc.
