Hormones that make you happy

Your body is a wonderful machine that has everything in the right amount to work out well. There are many hormones in the body that are responsible for different reactions. To be happy, there are four types of hormones, on whose growth we feel happy. We always feel that others are responsible for our happiness or misery but this is not the case. Endorphin
Endorphin is the opiate neuropeptide, which is produced by the nervous system. It helps to fight the pain in our body. Due to this deficiency, we feel a slight headache and sometimes we become very dizzy. Serotonin
Serotonin is the best hormones that are responsible for the joys because it acts as an antidepressant. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that triggers the reaction to the things we do every day. Dopamine
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is also called “Chemical of Reward”. When you make a goal and reach that target or you complete that task, you get a pleasant hit of your dopamine in your brain which tells you that you have done a great job. Oxytocin
Oxytocin is also known as a love hormone. It helps in enhancing the feelings of love and trust as well as to increase happiness. Women are familiar with oxytocin because this hormone is released during pregnancy and breastfeeding. To promote oxytocin, the muscles need to be relaxed.
