Improve your sperm count:
The average sperm count is between 120 to 350 million per cubic centimetre and if your sperm count is lower than the above then you must take measures to improve it. Therefore, reduce exposure to heat and excessive chemicals. Avoid hot baths, quit smoking if you are a regular smoker, reduce the intake of alcohol and say NO to drugs. Do not wear tight underwear for a long time as it compresses the testis.
Take a proper diet:
Eating foods which are rich in nutritional value is a must. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains for a good diet and to boost fertility. Also, avoid tobacco, coffee, tea and food with artificial flavours.
Avoid chemical exposure:
Chemical exposure is another cause of male infertility. You must avoid drinking chlorinated tap water, use organic products, and eat foods which are high in antioxidants like green vegetables, broccoli, carrot, cauliflowers etc. Exposure to xenoestrogens minimises the effects of oestrogens leading to male infertility. Thus, avoid chemical products to boost male fertility.
Weight control is essential if you are experiencing infertility problems. Therefore, regular exercise is necessary to control obesity but keep a check that excessive running can also cause a problem. Therefore, select the exercise which is suitable as per your body type.
Moreover, a well-balanced diet, regular workout, less dependence on artificial flavours and low chemical exposure are all helpful to boost male fertility.
