Sexual problems in men are common these days and there are several factors responsible for it. To define the sexual problem, it is the inability to have a satisfactory sexual intercourse. Erectile dysfunction can be caused due to diabetes, obesity, hypertension or inappropriate lifestyle leading to bad sex life.

Ejaculation disorders:
Ejaculation disorder is the most common sexual dysfunction problem in men. In this disorder, there is a problem arising at the time of ejaculation. Three conditions describe the ejaculation disorders: premature ejaculation- wherein ejaculation is rapid just after the penetration; delayed ejaculation- in this the ejaculation process is extremely slow and third is retrograde ejaculation where the ejaculate goes back to the bladder instead of coming out of the penis through the urethra.

Loss of libido:
The condition where there is no sex drive in men or no sexual desire results in loss of libido. Many factors are responsible for it including the psychological problems. Low level of testosterone hormone is also the cause of this problem.

Sexual intercourse is a complex process which involves excitement, plateau, orgasm and resolution hence, the problem can lie anywhere. It is a biological problem and can be discussed in open.
