Broaden your social circle
When you are stuck in the same rut every day, chances are that you won’t find someone by magic. So, get out more, turn social, go to events and meet new people. This way you will get a chance to meet someone worth your time.

Invest in people
Being anti-social and home bird won’t help you if you want to be in a relationship. Start investing your time and efforts in people. Chances are that you will get a positive result out of it.

Don’t come out too strong or needy
Nothing pushes a potential partner away more than a needy guy or girl. Don’t be too clingy or needy. Don’t pursue someone who is not interested in you. It will only lead to a heartbreak eventually.

Don’t settle for the sake of it
Even if you really want to be in a relationship, don’t settle down just for the sake of it. Think it through, take your time and most importantly don’t push yourself into something you are not comfortable with. The right person is out there, all you need to do is to look out for him or her.
