Paschimottanasana is a very beneficial yoga pose for reducing the stress. Moreover, it also helps to control anger. This pose also stretches the waist. You can practice this posture at any time in the morning or evening. Stay in this position for 30-60 seconds for better result.

Ardha Pincha Mayurasana

This Yoga helps in getting relief from depression and headache. Moreover, the yoga pose also stretches the shoulders.
