Pranayam is a breathing exercise. It is performed under yoga session. This improves the respiratory system, strengthen lungs and increase blood circulation.   1. Bhastrika Pranayama

    Inhaling and exhaling breath from the lungs enough provide sufficient oxygen to the body and releases toxic gases. To practice this exercise, sit in a relaxed position while keeping the back and neck straight. Take a deep breath and fill your lungs with air. Release the breath after counting to five.   2. Kapalbhati Pranayam

    This pranayama cleans the blood vessels and brings peace to mind. To practice this pranayama, sit in a relaxed posture while keeping the back and neck straight.   3. Anulom vilom Pranayam

    This pranayama is beneficial for improving the health of lungs. To practice this pranayama, close the right nose of the nose with your right thumb. Now slowly inhale from the left nostril. Now close the left nostril with the finger and exhale gradually. Repeat the process with another nostril.
  4. Udgeeth Pranayam

    It improves the health of lungs if practised regularly. To practice this, breathe deeply through your nose. Then exhale while chanting the word Om.
  5. Things to keep in mind
    Take the breath from the nose, so that the air you can inhale filtered air. Choose a clean and quiet place for pranayama. Moreover, try to practice on an empty stomach.
