It is too much time consuming:
If you are doing yoga deductively, it would help your health to stay better. Even if you are doing yoga for 10 minutes. It depends on you how much time you want to dedicate to this. However, it is true that yoga does not start reacting immediately. It takes a little bit more time. But every session of yoga helps your body.

Yoga is not for men:
Just because women are too much into yoga and pilates, it does not mean yoga is just for women. It first invented by men and practised by them since thousand years ago.
