  1. Practice in haste
    If you want to get the benefits of Surya Namaskar then do not practice it in haste. This will spoil your posture and you will not be able to pay attention to your breath completely. You may also have to face problems in performing Surya Namaskar.
  2. Not lifting spine properly

    It is necessary to lift spine properly while doing yoga.

    If you lift spine properly while doing Standing half forward bend then you may not avail the benefits from it. To do this posture properly, you should lift your chest while breathing deeply so that your spine is completely stretch.

  3. Mixing two postures together
    Never practice cobra and upward facing dog pose together, otherwise, you can not get the benefit of both of them. Separately, practice cobra poses so your body can be strengthened.
  4. Do not move forward while doing low-lung
    People who are learning the Surya Namaskar often make this mistakes in bringing foot forward while practising Anjaneyasana. To avoid this mistake, keep the knee a little longer and then move the foot forward.
