Four Yoga Postures Which Promote Hair Growth

Every one desire for healthy and shiny hair especially women. In this regard, they adopt many habits as well as medicines to achieve the same. Shockingly, due to extreme lifestyle, environment changes, hair loss has become a very common problem. It is a very serious issue as no one wants to become bald. But don’t worry, here are some yoga postures which promote hair growth and stops hair loss.

1. Adho Mukha Svanasana

To practice this asana, come onto your hands and knee while placing your hands shoulder-width apart and knees hip-width apart. Following this exhale and lift your hips. Make sure that your elbows and knees are straight. Then press your hands into the ground and lengthen your neck.

2. Vajrasana

You can perform this ansa anytime. This pose also promotes proper digestion. To practice this asana, knees down, stretching your lower legs backwards. Also, keeping your legs together and cross big toes each other. Following this, gently lower your body such that your buttocks are resting on your heels and your thighs on your calf muscles. Place your hands on your knees, and set your gaze forward with your head absolutely straight.

3. Pawanmuktasana

To practice this asana, lie flat on your back on a surface and ensure that your feet are together. While placing your arms beside your body. Take a deep breath and bring your knees towards your chest while you exhale. Simultaneously, press your thighs as well as abdomen. Clasp your hands around your legs. Hold the asana while you breathe normally. Make sure that you tighten the grip of the hands on the knee and increase the pressure on your chest while you exhale.

4. Ustrasana

To practice this asana, make kneeling on your mat and placing your hands on your hips. Following this, ensure that your knees and shoulders are in the same line and the soles of your feet are facing the ceiling. Inhale, and draw your tailbone inwards your pubis. You must feel the pull at the navel. Slide palms over the feet and keep your arms straight. Keep your neck in a neutral position. It should not be strained.
