Here the yoga poses that help you to get rid of chubby face:

1) Simha Mudra (Lion Pose)
Simha Mudra is one of the best poses for the face and it will tone all the facial muscles. To practice this, kneel down and place your hands on your thighs. Drop your jaw and open your mouth wide. Forcefully stick your tongue towards the chin. Make sound from your throat like the roar of a lion while breathing through the mouth. For better results, repeat the exercise a couple of times.

2) Jivha Bandha (Locked Tongue Pose)
This pose helps you to get jaw line and chisel face. To practice this pose, sit in the lotus position. Place your hands comfortably on your lap. Following this, place the tip of your tongue against the upper wall of your mouth like you are trying to swallow the mouth. Keeping your tongue same way, open your mouth slowly and completely till you feel a stretch in your throat and neck. For better result repeat the pose for a couple of times.

3) Jalandhar Bandha (Chin Lock)
The Jalandhar Bandha pose effectively work on the face and help you to get rid of a chubby face. It will shape your face and tone your jaw line muscles. Moreover, it is beneficial for people with double chins. To practice this pose, sit down in the Lotus position and breathe deeply. Place your hands on the knees, lift your shoulders up and bend forward. Press chin against your chest in between collar bones. Hold your breath for some time.

4) Fish Face
This poses tones and stretches your cheek muscles. It will also make face sleek. To practice, this pose, suck your cheeks and lips inwards and try to replicate a fish face. Holding on to that face, attempt to smile. You will feel a burn in your cheeks and jaw.

5) Mouthwash Technique
The mouthwash technique tones your cheeks and keeps double chin at bay. To practice this pose, fill your mouth with air and cleansing your mouth with mouthwash. For better results continue the procedure for a few minutes and repeat it for few times.
