Excessive use of the phone leads to negative effects on our body and the body’s health and posture are getting worse. Because of which there is a pain in some muscles in the body and your health starts to deteriorate. Using the phone mainly affects your neck, waist and spinal cord, which is considered to be the foundation of the body structure, to overcome this problem, some yoga exercises are effective, which increase flexibility by removing tension from your muscles and removes the pain. Adho Mukha Svanasana

Adho Mukha Svanasana is a very beneficial yoga, which helps improve your physical posture and increase flexibility. To do this, open the legs equal to the waist and open the palms with the shoulders’ width and keep them on the ground. Now lift the hips upwards as much as possible and keep the head between the two hands. Keep the abdominal muscle tight and keep breathing slowly in and out.

Tadasana

The practice of Tadasana strengthens the spinal cord and lower part of the waist. To do this, stand feet together and straighten the hands upwards. Matsyasana

This Yogasan removes tension from the waist and shoulders. To do this, stand with your feet touching and now straighten both hands upwards. Keeping the breath out, touch the feet of the hands with the fingers of hands. Stay in this condition for some time.

Marjariasana

This easily strengthens the neck, waist and spinal cord and removes tension. To do this, place knees and palms on the ground.
