1. Lower body workout for women

  • Barbell Squat

This exercise requires Barbell and Bench. To do this exercise first lie down on the bench and raise barbel ups above your chest.

  • Plank

    This exercise affects the ribs of the stomach. This exercise also eliminates the fat stomach. Moreover, this exercises can be practised at home only. To do this exercise, come to the pushup position, then bring both hands together and put whole body weight to them. Hold the position for few seconds.
  • Ab Roller
