There is so much happiness, festivities and delicacies all around which brings so much joy. Sweets, fried food, junk and everything is welcomed during the time of the festival. However, we should not forget the need to stay fit. Try not skip your meals: So this is the most common tendency of people to pounce upon snacks and then skip their regular means. Eat snacks in small moderation. DO not make your tummy full of snacks and skip lunch and dinner. You intake more calories while you eat unhealthy snacks and then skip the portion of your necessary nutrients. Eat vegetables, fruits and nuts. Do not forget to eat healthy food.
Always eat in moderation and small proportion: Do not gulp all the sweets that you have right in front of you. Eat them, don’t starve or crave yourself. Don’t skip your workout: With so many festivities around, you might feel lazy to workout. You might feel tired and do not indulge in physical activity. However, skipping your workout will make you unfit as you all are already intaking so many calories and unhealthy food.
Don’t consume sugary and aerated drinks: Soda drinks which are full of fizz and added flavour are capable of doing much damage to your body than anything else. SO try to skip them as much as you can.
