After consuming these 10 minutes food you will lose weight while maximising your metabolism. Because the recipes are low in added sugar, contain an ingredient that increases inflammation and you may also notice a reduction in aches and pains.

1) Soft-Boiled Eggs with Sweet Potato Soldiers
This meal only consumes 5 minutes. The meal is made from 2 eggs, 4 slabs sweet potato (¼” thick) and 2 Tbsp grated cheddar. To prepare this meal, bring 1 qt water to a boil in a saucepan. Using a spoon, lower eggs into the water, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook 4 minutes. Drain and immediately transfer to large bowl of cold water. After this toast sweet potato until tender, 3 or 4 passes on medium-high in slot toaster or about 10 minutes in 400°F oven. While potato is still hot, cut into ½” strips, sprinkle with cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2) Watermelon Salad
This dish will be prepared in 10 minutes. To prepare this dish you need, ½ c 2% Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp chopped dill, 1 Tbsp chopped mint, 1 clove garlic, crushed ¼ Tsp kosher salt, ¼ Tsp black pepper, ½ c chopped cucumber, ½ c chopped watermelon, ½ c halved cherry tomatoes, 2 Tbsp diced red onion, 1 Tbsp roasted salted pistachios, for garnish. Further whisk yoghurt, lemon juice, dill, mint, garlic, salt, and pepper. After this combine cucumber, watermelon, tomatoes, and onion in a large jar with lid. Add yoghurt sauce, close jar, and shake to combine. Sprinkle with pistachios.
3) Cacio e Pepe Popcorn
You can prepare this popcorn in 10 minutes. To prepare this you need 1 Tbsp coconut oil, ½ c popcorn kernels, 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan, 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes, 1½ Tsp black pepper, 1 Tsp kosher salt. After this melt oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Further, add kernels. Cover pot and shake until popping stops, 3 to 5 minutes. After this transfer popcorn to the large bowl and toss with cheese, nutritional yeast, pepper, and salt.
4) Arugula Salad with Zucchini Ribbons
You can make this dish in 10 minutes. To prepare this dish you need 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, Juice of ½ lemon, 4 c arugula, 1 med zucchini, 1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained, 1 c artichoke hearts, drained and quartered, 3 oz (about ¾ c) Parmesan and shaved ½ c roasted pumpkin seeds. After this combine olive oil and lemon juice in large bowl. Add arugula. Following this shave zucchini to make ribbons over arugula, using a vegetable peeler, turning every few strokes to distribute peel evenly. After this add chickpeas and artichoke hearts and gently toss to coat. Further, sprinkle with cheese and pumpkin seeds and serve immediately.
