    Muscles contain a lot of water. If you don’t drink water sufficient water it may shrink your muscles. To maintain and gain muscle mass, drink at least 2 litres of water daily.

    During sleep your body repair itself and the process muscle growth initiated. If you don’t get adequate sleep it may ruin all your effort. For better results always take 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Excessive sleep
    The excessive sleep also triggers muscle loss. During sleep, your body does not engage muscles in any activity. Moreover, any injury that requires bed rest cause great muscle loss.
