You can attain good physique if you contribute 10 minutes of your daily routine for fun exercises. The exercises like ball squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushups, triceps dip can be easily done. Such exercises don’t consume much time and target more than one muscle group.

Ideally, every day one should spend at least ten minutes time-saving cardio workouts. The best bet is to make maximum advantages from things you have already been doing. Walking more often, taking the stairs, standing up every now and then to move around are some such things which don’t even require any strain.

In order to burn more calories during short workouts, it’s important to crank up the intensity of the work. For example, during running try to run faster than normal instead of sprinting.

Similarly, in speed-walking, walk as fast as you can without breaking into a run and during walking the stairs, run or walk up a flight and recover by slowly walking back down.

Hill-walking is another such small workout exercise. Find a medium-sized hill and run up as fast as you can and recover with a slow walk back down.

You can try any of gym machine as well, go for any cardio machine for a ten-minute exercise. Among those machines, the Versa climber and the rowing machines are comparatively tough to work out with.

Another option is to put together a variety of moves for an intense workout. Jumping jacks or jogging in place is such an exercise as it lifts your knees and pumps your arms to get your heart rate up. Plyometric lunges – Begin in a basic lunge position. In an explosive movement, jump, switch legs in the air and land with bent knees into a lunge. Speed skaters, jump rope, skipping, squat jumps, are some exercises which are easy as well. Dancing around the house and singing into a fake microphone is another option.
