  1. Mountain climber

    The mountain climber exercise effectively work and strengthen your core muscles. To practice this exercise, come in high plank position and keep your body straight at hips level. Now lift right foot and draw right knee to the chest between your hands. Now repeat the same with the left knee. For better results lift alternate as fast as possible.
  2. Scissor

  3. Straight leg raise

    Lie on your back on the floor and keep your hands under the lower back. Now raise your legs until your body is in an L shape. After taking a small pause lower both legs on start position.
  4. Crossbody mountain climber

    To practice, this exercise, come in the high plank position and keep your body straight. Now lift the right leg and draw the knee towards left elbow. Repeat same with left leg.
  5. Stability ball variation
