Muscles are not recovering in stipulated time
If your muscles are not recovering and you are always feeling pain after exercise, it means that you are exercising more than the requirement of the body. Proper nutrition and rest are necessary for muscles to recover. So, instead of doing high-intensity workouts every day, practice it twice or thrice in a week.
You always live in bad mood
Being angry, or being in a bad mood every time is also an indication that you are working out more than the requirement. Although after exercise, you feel less stressed, when you exercise more than requirement than it has the contrary effect. Lack of energy
