Skipping rope
Before working out, skipping rope is the best way to warm up. One must skip the rope evenly with the help of both the legs. You can do the variations later on. Do it for 30 seconds.

Alternate knee hangs
In order to alternate knee hangs, open your legs hip-width apart. Now bring a knee up and touch your chest with it. Try to keep your shoulders back and keep your core tight. Now repeat it with the other knee. Do it for 30 seconds.

Walk out planks
To do walk-out planks, open your legs hip-width apart. Now bend forward and touch the floor with your palms. This way, try to move forward with the help of your palms. Now stop in the high plank position. Now walk again and then stand straight. Do it for 45 seconds.

High Knees

High knees are an effective and easy way to workout. This is like jogging only but in this, we have to job by standing at a particular place. In this, we keep the hands in front of the waist and then try to touch them with our knees. You must do it for 30 seconds.
