Overtraining: Which signs body reveals if you overtrain yourself

Workout training is important to stay fit and healthy. The proper workout training coupled with nutritious food helps to achieve desired fitness goals. Unfortunately, some people especially, who want to achieve results at the earliest, over train themselves. Overtraining occurred when the volume and intensity of exercise are exceeded and individual’s recovery capacity. Overtraining does not provide the desired results and cause problems. It causes prolonged fatigue, muscles damage, mood disturbance and diverse changes in the stress hormone. In this regard, you must be aware of signs, which body reveals about overtraining.   1. Halt progress
    Due to overtraining, the body stops adopting changes. Your body goes in the opposite direction if you overtrain yourself. Your muscles are torn during exercise and you are re-tearing them again with overtraining. If you are body does not adopt changes then you are overtraining.
  2. Insomnia
    If you are not getting adequate sleep then you may are overtraining yourself. The overtraining overload hormonal and nervous system which cause insomnia.   3. Muscle soreness
    Muscles can be sore due overtraining.

    If you frequently face unquenchable thirst it may be due to overtraining. This occurs due to a period of increased gym-time activity.
