It is very important for the hips muscles to be strong and in the correct shape. Because they are used for daily activities such as walking, running, jumping and sitting. Dunky Kick

Dunky kick strengthens gluteus maximus muscles, which is the biggest muscles of hips. These muscles range from the middle of your hips to the lower waist. Let’s know how to do this exercise.

  • First, lay the mat on the ground and come to your hands and knees.
  • Keep your palms under the hips and shoulders.
  • Now move your right foot to the back of the waist and keep the eyes facing the ground.
  • After staying in this state for some time, come back to the previous state.
  • Make this process 12 times with each leg.

Hydrant exercise

Hydrant exercise makes your hip’s gluteus medium and gluteus minimus strong and right. These muscles are in the back of the hips and play an important role in the strength of your hips. Let’s know the method of doing this exercise.

  • First of all, lay the mat on the ground and come to your palms and knees.
  • Keep your palms under the hips and shoulders.
  • Now lift your right knee and raise the right side of the waist.
  • Stay in this condition for a while and then come back to the earlier state.
  • Repeat this process 12 times with each leg.
