Make a healthy eating plan
To keep yourself fit and healthy, it is important to take care of food and drink. For this, you need to consume foods and fruits that contain abundant proteins, calcium, iron, vitamins and minerals. Avoid consuming foods with more calories.

Find the right time to exercise
