How to get flexible and muscular body like Ranveer Singh

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is known for fitness and he is termed as steel man of B-Town. He has been an inspiration to the youth it in terms of work and workout. He has gone through a hard workout schedule and diet to achieve this level of fitness. It’s not just girls who go gaga over his muscular form; the men, too, yearn for a body like that. Front Raise
Ranveer Singh performs this exercise is very effective to strengthen shoulders. To build shoulder like Bollywood actor you need to perform this exercise. To practice, this exercise grabs dumbbells and stand straight. Keep dumbbells in front of your thighs at arm’s length with the palms of the hand facing your thighs. This will be your starting position. While keeping the body straight, lift the left dumbbell to the front with a slight bend in the elbow and the palms of the hands facing down. Continue to go up until you arm is slightly above parallel to the floor. Breath out as you execute this portion of the movement and pause for a second at the top. Breath in after the second pause. Now lower the dumbbell back down slowly to the starting position as you simultaneously lift the right dumbbell.

Cable Crossover
This exercise is performed to widen chest. Cable crossover also strengthens the shoulder. By practice this exercise, you can build a chest like Ranveer Singh. To practice this exercise stand in the middle of a dual cable machine, one weight stack on either side of you. Adjust the handles so they’re slightly lower than shoulder height. Grab the handles so your palms are facing forward and your arms are roughly parallel with the ground. Maintain a slight bend in the elbows. Contract the pecs and push your arms together in front of you, keeping a slight forward lean from the waist up. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.

Bench Press Ranveer Singh never
Ranveer Singh never misses the bench as it is very important to exercise pump chest. You can build a chest like three types of bench press including incline, decline and flat. Tthe Incline Bench target portion of the pecs (the clavicular head) and the anterior deltoids (the area between the pecs and the front of the shoulders).
