Shushant Singh practice rolling crunch for its core as well as for abs. In this exercise, you have to perform a crunch with the help of roller. To practise, rolling crunch lay on the floor and hold the roller. Push roller crunch towards yourself while putting your weight on roller crunch and foot fingers.
