  1. Walking workout

    Exercise for constipation: Walking helps you to reduce constipation problem.

    Walking workout is beneficial to ease constipation. For better results, warm up by walking at the normal pace for about 5 minutes then enhance your pace.   2. Forward Lunge
    Practice forward lunge also provide relief from constipation. To practice this, stand tall with feet hip-width apart while engaging core. After this take a big step forward with right leg and shift weight forward. Now lower down the body until right thigh is parallel to the floor. Following this press into the right heel to come back to start position. Repeat same with left leg.
  3. Cat Pose
    To practice cow pose, come on your hands and knees with hands directly under shoulders and knees directly under hips. Now gently lift your tailbone so your back curves downward. After this look slightly upward with a relaxed neck and breathe gently.
  4. Wind-relieving pose
    To practice the wind relieving pose, lying on your back while extending your legs and back. After this draw both your knees to your chest while exhaling. Now release your left leg while holding only your right knee Hold this pose for up to one minute. Now repeat the same with other legs.
