Apply two cushions on the bed or on the floor, the height of the pillow should be higher. Put the pillow under your shoulders, waist and buttocks. Now stretch your legs and hands. Spread both hands and the distance between the two hands should be wider. Now breathe deeply in this condition and stay in this condition for at least 3 minutes.
