Butterfly exercises are very effective for stimulating your chest. This exercise cause pressure on the middle part of the chest, which leads the both sides of the chest to emerge. Keep this in mind while exercise keeps your shoulders parallel. Practice 3 sets of 8-12 reps for a better result.
Low Cable Chest Fly
This exercise works deal with muscles, which helps chest to emerge. To do practice this exercise, set the cable machine to the bottom of both sides and bring the cable towards the front of your chest. Practice 3 sets of 8-12 reps of this exercise for a better result.
Hex press exercise
Hex press works as a finisher for press chest exercises. Therefore, it should be done until the body is completely tired. To do this, lift the dumbbells and place it right above the chest and bring it downwards. You have to do this until you get tired of the same set.
