This exercise helps in reducing excess fat around stomach, hips and hands. To do this, take a dumbbell in both hands and stand to open the width form of shoulders. Now turn the elbows at an angle of 90 degrees and keep the dumbbell upwards. Squat bend the knees and stand and then practice shoulder press. Practice 3 sets of 10 reps. Walking Dumbbell lunge and hammer curl

This exercise influences your core muscles and helps in reducing fat from the body. To do this, stand with a dumbbell in both hands and then lunge, bringing one leg forward, while keeping the elbows stable during the lunge, lift the dumbbell towards the shoulders. Take the palms together face-to-face while raising the dumbbell. Practice 3 sets of 10 reps for a better result.

Wall sit and dumbbell front raise

To do this exercise, keep the waist straight, and sit with the support of the back of the waist. When your thighs come parallel to the ground, then stop the body and sit in that position. Now grab the dumbbell in both hands and lift it to the front of the shoulders and then bring it down. Make 3 sets of 10 reps of this exercise.

Dumbbell triceps push-ups to kickback

To do this exercise, push up the dumbbell and push-ups and then come to the knees and take the dumbbells behind the body and then keeping the elbows stable, bring the dumbbell towards the shoulders. Make 3 sets of 10 reps of this exercise.

Dumbbell Russian Twist

This exercise will have a direct effect on your core muscles. To do this, lie on the floor on the ground. Now, take both legs together above the ground and keep the neck and waist in a straight line and lift the torso upward and make the body balance.
