How Can Swimmers Take Care Of Their Skin?

Before pool skin care:
If you go for daytime swimming, then it is mandatory to apply sunscreen lotion to your body. It absolutely protects your skin from tanning. The sunscreen will form a protection on the top layer of your skin to keeping away the chlorine. It does not allow the chemicals to come to the direct exposure of your skin. So, it can prevent chlorine damage.

A post-swimming warm shower:
As soon as you get out of the pool, never soak yourself in a towel and go out. A warm shower is much needed to remove the chlorine from your body.
