Avoid Smoking and Alcohol:
Alcohol and Tobacco cause dehydration of body and facial skin. Consumption of cigarette or alcohol can dry up the skin around your eyes and darken the under eyes skin, causing dark circles and puffiness. Exercise Those Bags Away:
Exercise not only tones your body but it also helps draining out toxins from your body. Add facial exercises to your regime to increase blood flow towards face and reduction in eye puffiness.
Check Your Sleeping Posture:
Your sleeping position can help in keeping eye bags away. Sleeping on your back reduces gravity effect on fluid buildup around eyes. To further improve this, you can add a pillow, if you are comfortable sleeping that way.
