  1. Not soaking for sufficient time
    To get a good colour from henna, it should be soaked in at least 8-12 hours at room temperature. But using henna immediately after soaking, you will not get better results. For better results soak henna for sufficient time.
  2. Oiling hair before applying henna
    Many people oil hair before applying henna. But the oil makes a layer on the hair due to which hair does not get hair colour. To get good colour never apply oil before henna.
  3. Using eggs and yoghurt

    Henna for hair: Do not use yoghurt and eggs with henna.

    Henna is beneficial for protecting hair proteins. But adding egg and yoghurt, the protein present in the henna makes bonds with the egg protein and the hair does not get the required protein.   4. Using lemon juice
