Apple consumption is beneficial for health. However, not many people know that every type of skin can be treated with a face pack made from apples. Apple has many nutrients, which help in keeping the skin unblemished and young. Vitamin C present in apple increases the production of collagen in the body removing wrinkles and acne. Let’s know how to make a face pack with the help of apples.
Apple and glycerin face pack:
This face pack provides moisture to the skin and also hydrates it. To make it, mix 1 teaspoon apple with some drops of glycerin. Now massage the face and neck with it. After the massage, leave the face like this for 15-20 minutes and then wash it with water.
Apple, banana and cream Face pack
This face pack is quite beneficial for sensitive skin. It protects sunlight and pollution by nourishing the skin. Make this paste by mixing 1/4 boiled apples, 1/4 bananas and 1 teaspoon fresh cream. Apple, Yogurt and lemon Face pack
With the help of this face pack, extra oil can be removed from the oily skin. Anti-fungal properties present in yoghurt keeps the skin away from infection and acne. To make this, add 1 teaspoon apple, 1/2 teaspoon yoghurt and some drops of lemon juice together and put it on the face. Wash with water after 15 minutes on the face.
Apples and honey Face pack
Mixing honey with apples, as it keeps the skin safe from many types of bacteria and fungal infections. To make this face pack, mix 1 teaspoon apple with 1/4 teaspoon honey and mix it well on the face. After drying, wash the face with lukewarm water.
Apple and oatmeal face pack
Oatmeal contains plenty of anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which softens the skin and prevents from pollution and harmful sun rays. To make this face pack, mix 2 teaspoons oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of apple and some drops of honey, mix them together. Scrub the circular motion of face and neck from this paste.
