Robin Poole, the specialist of public health at the Britain’s University of Southampton, was leading the research team in an “umbrella review” of 201 studies based on observational research and 17 studies based on clinical trials across all countries and all settings. The study says that those who drink three-four cups of coffee regularly, may save themselves from various health issues. They get more health benefits than others who do not drink coffee. It is capable enough to lower the risks of premature death and cardiac diseases reported by NDTV. Not only this, drinking this moderate amount of coffee can be good for everyone except pregnant women and those who are suffering from fractures.
According to the report, scientists also said, three -four cup of coffee is linked with various health benefits, but not more than that. The increasing amount of caffeine can cause side effects.
During the study, a team of researchers have collected almost 200 previous studies and unearth some logical findings related to coffee’s health benefits. Not only this, consumption of coffee can be advantageous for those who suffer from diabetes, endometrial, skin, dementia, liver disease, even some certain types of cancers, as quoted by NDTV.
